What is the minimum food and beverage order for delivery?
$250 (Mon – Fri), $1,000 (Saturday), and $1,500 (Sunday). For weekend minimums during May, October, and December, please contact us.
How do I order boxed lunches?
Contact us with your event date. We feature a different menu each week, so we’ll let you know the available sandwich and salad options for your date. The number of options available depends on the size of your group.
Are there order deadlines?
Most of our menu items require a lead time of 4 to 7 business days. That said, we do our best to accommodate last minute orders. Let us know what you need, when you need it, and we’ll do what we can to make it happen.
What charges can I expect to pay in addition to the food and beverage total?
There is a delivery fee (based on mileage from our office) as well as a 22% service charge.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Probably! We offer a wide range of menus to accommodate most dietary restrictions. If your guests are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergic, or just have particular tastes, let us know when you send in your catering request.
Are custom menus available?
Not really, but maybe. Custom menus are not available, however we may be able to accommodate some custom touches, so let us know what you had in mind.
Can I change my guest count after I’ve signed my contract?
You can add guests up to one week before your event. Once your order is placed, your guest count is fixed as the guaranteed minimum for your order.
Can I add rentals to my catering contract?
We don’t offer rentals, but we’re happy to recommend local rental companies if you need tables, chairs, dishes or other equipment.
What if I want flowers at my event?
Then flowers you shall have. We offer a variety of centerpieces and arrangements to fit your budget.
